Ace Forming Limited

Ace Forming Limited, established in 2003 and based in Kingswinford in the West Midlands, is a subcontract manufacturer of formed precision metal components produced from chemically etched, pressed, wire eroded (EDM), waterjet and laser cut blanks 0.01mm to 6mm thick. It also offers CNC machining and turning and mechanical assembly, with all tooling made in-house. Parts include antennas, busbars, contacts, connectors, leadframes and shims in metals including mild and stainless steel, copper, brass, phosphor bronze, titanium and molybdenum, in volumes from single prototypes to batches of 10,000. It supplies the automotive, aerospace, electronics, general engineering, medical, renewables and telecommunications sectors.
