Al-Met Limited

Al-Met Limited is a precision engineering and manufacturing company based in Pontyclun, South Wales, established in 1985 and part of the Raghu Vamsi Machine Tools group. It machines high-integrity, safety-critical flow control and valve wear components to exact tolerances for major OEMs, using in-house CNC milling (including 5-axis) and turning, conventional machining, wire and spark EDM, and cylindrical and surface grinding, with assembly and CMM inspection. The company works with exotic materials such as nickel alloys, super alloys, titanium, stainless steel and tungsten carbide, offers in-house NDT and material certification and traceability, and holds ISO 9001 certification. It supplies the oil & gas, petrochemical, defence, chemical, water treatment, power generation, renewables and hydrogen sectors.
