Brooks Forgings Limited

Brooks Forgings Limited is a Cradley Heath, West Midlands manufacturer of bespoke forged, machined and fabricated components (bolts, brackets, eye bolts, foundation assemblies, tension system parts, torsion bars and more) made to customer specification for the waterways, bridges, construction, defence, rail, marine, offshore and power-generation sectors. An in-house CNC machining department (16 CNC machines, including a Doosan DNM 5700 vertical machining centre) is integrated into the forging workflow, alongside welding and fabrication, mechanical assembly, CAD/CAM design, prototyping and an in-house metrology and non-destructive testing laboratory. Materials include carbon and alloy steels, stainless and duplex steels, superalloys and non-ferrous alloys. The company holds LRQA-approved ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and is JOSCAR registered and on the RISQS supplier scheme.
