Duckworth and Kent (Precision Components) Limited is a CNC machining company in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, founded in 1975. It machines precision components on 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis milling machines, Hardinge precision lathes and Citizen sliding-head lathes, from parts as small as 0.3 mm in diameter, and produces prototypes, one-offs and batch runs. Inspection includes CMMs and first article inspection reports shared through Net Inspect. Customers are in aerospace, medical, renewable energy and defence. Heat treatment, surface treatments, brazing and NDT are arranged through approved suppliers.
