Helix Precision Machining Limited is a CNC machining company in Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire. It runs Doosan, Haas and Hartford vertical machining centres, including 5-axis milling on a Lehmann trunnion table, alongside CNC turning centres with driven tooling. The company is certified to AS9100D and ISO 9001 and supplies aerospace, defence, oil and gas, nuclear, renewable energy and automotive customers. Inspection uses Aberlink and Brown & Sharp CMMs and a Faro portable arm, with first article reports and batch traceability. Assembly and vapour blasting are done in-house, while anodising, plating, painting, heat treatment, laser cutting and waterjet profiling are arranged through approved suppliers.
