Kal Technology Ltd is a Cannock, Staffordshire-based precision CNC machining subcontractor whose management team has 25+ years' experience serving oil & gas, defence, aerospace and Formula 1 customers, including past work for Hydratight, Motorola and McLaren Racing. The company offers CNC turning (up to 420mm diameter, 2-4 axis with live tooling and sub-spindle) and CNC milling (3-4 axis, beds up to 1.6m), plus in-house SolidWorks/Delcam design, CMM measurement and component etching/marking. It machines carbon and stainless steels alongside heat-resistant alloys such as titanium, Inconel and super duplex, and coordinates welding, plating, galvanising and heat treatment through local subcontract partners.
