Manthorpe Engineering Ltd, based on a 20-acre manufacturing site in Ripley, Derbyshire, is a first-tier subcontract precision engineer machining performance-critical components up to 3.4m in diameter, from aerospace alloys including Nimonic, Inconel, Waspaloy and titanium, on CNC milling, turning and 5-axis multi-tasking machines. It also provides high-integrity fabrication and welding, CMM inspection and on-site NDT, and supplies the aerospace, defence, nuclear marine (Rolls-Royce and BAE Systems Submarines), power generation and process plant sectors.
