PRV Engineering Limited was established in 1986 and works from a 54,000 sq ft facility in Pontypool, Torfaen. Its CNC department has 30 machining centres, including milling to 3000 x 850 x 750 mm with 4th and 5th axis capability, turning with live tooling, and Mazak 5-axis mill-turn and vertical machining centres, alongside large-format machining, deep hole drilling, spark erosion and hydro-abrasive waterjet cutting. Fabrication, shot blasting, powder coating, wet spray painting, and in-house plating and anodising are also offered. Parts are inspected on a Renishaw 5-axis CMM. The company is approved to BS EN 1090 EXC3 and supplies defence, rail, automotive, energy and construction customers.
