Vector X-Cel manufactures precision machined and fabricated engineering components and assemblies from its Rotherham facility, with large-format turning (up to 3.7m diameter), milling (up to 22m x 1.5m x 1.3m) and 5-axis machining capability plus deep hole boring. The company also offers cellular/contract manufacturing, project management, assembly and testing, CMM inspection, and non-destructive testing (dye penetrant, ultrasonic, magnetic particle). It primarily serves the petrochemical (including downhole drilling and subsea), power generation, aerospace and construction sectors, and is majority-owned by X-Cel Superturn Ltd.
