Precision Machining

Computer Numerical Control Milling (CNC Milling) is a large manufacturing machine used for the production of widgets and other machine tools. These machines have been around since the 1970’s and are a vital piece of equipment in the manufacturing industry.

CNC milling & CNC  turning is the terms used to perform many jobs such as drilling, milling and turning. The machines are capable of performing hundreds of tasks automatically once they have been programmed.   The machines are controlled via a central computer and they are able to run continuously 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.

Tasks performed by CNC milling & CNC turning could include engraving a miniature image on the back of a gold watch, or cutting a sinuous curve into a heavy steel plate or manufacturing hundreds of machine tool at the push of a button.  These machines are extremely accurate and are able to perform jobs that humans used to do manually but on a much larger scale and a lot faster.
